  Its awful. While on one hand yes they do try and help with a bunch of underlying issues is great, theyre also gready. If it wasnt for an extra outside support worker Id have nothing, from money to well being. The heating is great but what am I supposed to do when I get home? Im hardly allowed over any friends because of the strict rules and when I get home I literally just stare at walls. Simply because they dont want to spend money on installing Internet service for streaming media or at least allow me to enjoy some games as entertainment since I dont like much else. Heck, I CANT even get homework done because of the need for INTERNET which makes me fall behind in course work! Its awful, Its not helpful at all and makes my mental health go down even more due to feeling like Im stuck in a prison! They dont even allow ME to apply and PAY for my own Internet. Its absolutely AWFUL. They fail at the one thing theyre meant to help, which is mental health! I would advise NOT TO STAY HERE. They give you stupid excuses or not even a reason why they cant get internet installed even though you paying them RENT. They just want to fill their pockets with YOUR MONEY.
